Here are some tips for saving money on food so you can spend it on other things such as tickets to a museum or a few drinks at a club. Decide whether you are going to pack a suitcase for checked luggage or pack a backpack for carry-on luggage. Contact the airport and/or the Transportation Security Administration about what foods you are and are not allowed to bring with you on your trip.
