How Do You Savory Shallot Pepper Chicken?

What a great chicken recipe, I love this one. Invented last night and it was a tremendous hit. I hope it has the same effect on your family. In a large skillet melt about 3 tbsp of butter, add the parsley, shallot pepper, oregano, cumin, and sazon. Let it combine for about a minute or so, until the butter mixture collects around the edges of the pan. Add the chicken and make sure all the pieces are in the butter mixture, let them rest there for about a minute, until they pick up the color of the sazon and seasonings are doing their job of adhering to the meat. Once the meat is coated with the seaonings on both sides, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, adobo and soy sauce. Toss to incorporate. Now add the all the vegetables, and toss again to get the vegetable to the bottom of the pan. Cover and let simmer until the vegetable are tender.
