Concrete technology has made amazing advances in the past 25 years. Stained and stamped concrete can imitate almost any other flooring material while maintaining its durability. Whether you are sealing a patio you have just updated or want to seal stained concrete indoor floors, you need to find a cement sealer that will not react badly with the stain you already have. Consult your local home improvement expert to find the best concrete sealer for your particular floor. Sweep the floor thoroughly. Use the dish soap to wash the floor. Use the wet/dry vacuum to suck up as much of the dirty water as you can. Rinse the floor thoroughly and let it dry completely. Repeat. Pour some cement sealer into one of your paint trays and roll the sealer evenly over the entire floor. Let it dry according to the manufacturer's instructions.
