How Do You Serve Bean Burrito Bites?
Hot and spicy bean burrito bites make a great appetizer for a party or a perfect snack for game day or poker night. You also can serve them to the kids as a treat after school. They’re easy to make and downright delicioso. Place the burrito bites on a cutting board, and using a sharp knife, cut each one in half diagonally. Place the salsa in a small bowl, and put the bowl in the middle of the serving tray. Place the bean burrito bites around the outer edge of the serving tray, surrounding the bowl of salsa, with the open edges facing outward so the colors of the filling will be displayed. Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the salsa and over the bean burrito bites, as garnish. Serve the bean burrito bites hot, with small individual serving plates and plenty of napkins.
