The instructions that come with the watch are simply a diagram, so many are more than confused about the process. Push the mode button on the left side of the watch until you get time mode. You’ll know you are in time mode when you see the time on the watch’s face instead of the date. Then press the button on the right and keep holding it for five seconds. You should see “12H” or “24H” on the display. Take your finger off the button on the right and push the button on the left if you’d like to switch between standard and military time. Standard time shows the hours with a.m. and p.m., while military uses all 24 hours. For example, 1:00 p.m. will display as 13:00 in military. Push the button on the right side of the watch again.
