McAfee Security Suite is a bundle of McAfee computer security programs, including McAfee Personal Firewall Plus. This application allows you to set up trusted computers on your network by selecting the computer in the McAfee Control Panel or by entering the IP address for the computer(s). Close all open programs on your computer. Open McAfee Security Center by double-clicking the McAfee icon on your desktop. Or select from your computer’s “Program Files” menu located on the “Start” menu. Choose the “Personal Firewall Plus” menu tab from the Security Center Control Panel. Choose the “Options” choice from the subsequent menu and select the “Trusted IP Addresses” choice. Using the file chooser, select the computers on your network to designate as trusted computers. If the computers are not displayed in the file chooser, you need to enter their individual IP addresses. Choose the “Save Settings” menu option and exit McAfee Security Center.
