Be descriptive of the shot you want to do and then see who responds. Some models may do it for pictures, though it does help to have sample work to show. Offering a bit of money helps, especially if it is a Commercial project. It is also possible to get models that are interested in helping with artistic projects. Always be fair with the models and do the best work you can for them. A good reputation will help you get models in the future.
