How Do You Shop A Thrift Store?
Knowing how to manoeuvre through a thrift store will save you money and you may look better than if you bought them new! Before you leave home write down sizes you are looking for. Take a tape measure. Check your finances. Some thrift stores take debit cards or credit cards. Most will not take a check. Most will check your creit card against your Picture ID so take that as well. You may want scope out the store before you start shopping to see where they keep the items you are looking for if this is your first time in that store. As you shop more frequently you will automatically check those places first before someone lese gets what could be what you are looking for! Check with the cashiers or store personel to see if there are sales on certain color tags or certain items. One store I go to has two different color tags that are half price and on Mondays the oldest tags are 50 cents. Check everything for rips, stains or missing parts. Most places have a no return policy. Add as you go
