I’ve done it myself in the past, but I’m not sure it was a Casio watch. Basically you just push out the pins that hold the extra links, remove the links, adjust the band to the correct size and then reinsert the pins. Ideally you’d do this using watch screwdrivers, which are very small and designed for working on things like this. But you could get by with a pocket knife and paper clip. I found someone who gave a good explanation in this review: To remove a link there is a little pin that you push down the direction of the arrow … there are 2 small rings at the top of the pin. Get the smallest jewelry screwdriver between the two small raised rings up at the top and press down – this is not easy but it is the secret. The key point is to have a very small jewelry flat blade screw driver that will fit into the hole.
