How to Smooth Blotchy Skin Tones Tuesday September 8, 2009 Left = blotchy skin tones. Right = smooth skin tones. The secret? Not really a secret, just several layers of really thin paint (aka glazes) to knock back the differences between the colors in the skin and unify them.
