How Do You Start A Grunge Band?
• Listen to Metal, Punk, Post-Grunge, and Grunge music. • Learn to play an instrument or sing. The main picks are guitar, bass, drums, or singing. These aren’t the only instruments that can be picked; you can use a unique instrument for an original sound. • Find other people that can play an instrument or sing and have the same musical interests as you. You should have a: Singer, at least one guitar, a bassist, and a drummer. • Sit your band down and listen to your favorite grunge album, to get down the sound you want. • Practice, practice, practice! • Play in bars, clubs, etc. Record a demo album for fans.
