If you have runny nose and continous sneezing then try taking Levocet tablet which is available in India. I used to take this tablet everytime I wanted relief from my runny nose and it has worked everytime for me. For protecting yourself from chilly weather keep yourself warm by wearing warm clothes and keeping your ears protected with scarf/muffler.
