How do you stop craving junk…like lollies and chocolate?
The truth is, you WILL NOT STOP CRAVING IT. The only way you can stop eating it is if you decide with yourself that you no longer need it. I’m not sure of your situation; losing weight, bad teeth w/ sugar, diabetes, but regardless if you need to quit the junk foods you have to make the decision yourself! My suggestion is every time you get that craving, subsitute. Eat a strawberry or a peach, or have some sugarfree yogurt. Maybe try using SPLENDA sweetner instead of added sugars. I have been cutting sugars from my diet for the last couple months, and I still crave it everyday! Hope this helps..
