How do you stop yuor ear popping on in airplane?
There is no way to stop ear popping on an airplane. However, you can clear the pressure by essentially self popping your ears before the pressure gets too bad. Just eat something while you’re going up and coming down, and you’ll hardly feel it. Your ears popping rarely hurts, but it does for some people, so I’d recommend just getting hold of a snack before take off. P.S. Plugging your nose and trying to blow through it WILL NOT equalize the pressure. It will actually RAISE the pressure in your ears.
