How Do You Store Garlic In Oil?

0

Everyone who loves garlic should never be without it. When garlic is harvested from your garden you probably are overloaded with garlic cloves, so you will need to preserve them for later use. This method is easy and decorative. Remove the outer cover of the garlic bulb. It is the papery cover on the outside. Separate the bulb into individual cloves. Blend and puree garlic till smooth. Keep back a few whole cloves to skewer later. Add pureed garlic to oil in glass container. Skewer a few whole cloves and add skewer with cloves to jar. Cover jar with lid. Add label and date. Refrigerate.
