Essential oils are available online, natural pharmacies or in health food stores. Mix the baking soda and essential oil well. Sprinkle the mixture into your shoes and leave in overnight. Cut a lemon in wedges, squeeze some of the juice on the newspaper and wrap the wedges in sheets of newspaper. Stuff the lemon wrapped in newspaper into your shoes. Leave in your shoes until the following morning. Rinse off 4 charcoal briquettes with plain water to remove the excess dust.
