How do you “take off” in the jaws closed Dewalt cordless hammer drill reversible?

Help. Jaws my old Dewalt Drill Wireless reversible have been strengthened to a minimum, and are now “frozen” deep in the dish and the set of speed training. Holding the mandrel and the motor does not. Dewalt website is worth nothing: no service contact email or phone, no specifications, no service FAQ’s, announcements of their distributors, they are! They do not want to hear from you Unless you buy something new! I think the bit is jammed against the clamp. I would like use two tapes to protect the circulation of damage potential cover. Two pairs of pliers channel lock would do the same.
