How Do You Test Malibu Low Voltage Light Bulbs?
In this article, you will learn how to easily test if your Malibu 4 watt or 7 watt low voltage light bulbs are dead. The filaments on these bulbs are very small and are sometimes difficult to visually determine if the bulb is really burn’t out. Rather than testing the bulbs on my in-place installations, I opted to use a home-made bulb tester due to the sensative wire connections. Thus my idea of the home-made Malibu Low Voltage Light Bulb Tester! Collect the quantities of suspected burnt out Malibu Low Voltage Light Bulbs. Typically, these will either be 4 watt or 7 watt light bulbs. Obtain one extra plastic Malibu Lighting Socket along with the wiring connectors that the light bulb attaches too.
