There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot some of these common problems. However, you may need to consult a professional for major repairs and replacements. Determine whether you have have a convergence problem with your Philips TV. This is a common problem with one or more of the following symptoms: the screen appears to be 3D, the colors do not align or the screen is warped or appears like a fisheye lens. If this description fits your problem, navigate to “TV Settings” and then “Convergence Settings” with your remote. Adjust the red and blue convergence by clicking the up, down, left or right arrows.
