How Do You Use A Divining Rod?
In order to practice the art of dowsing; you’ll need a divining rod. Also know as dowsing rods or dowsing sticks, divining rods are used to locate water or minerals underground. If you’re interested in putting dowsing to the test, follow simple steps. Choose your tool. Some prefer 2 rods that are both bent in an L-shaped. Others prefer a single, Y-shaped rod. You can purchase divining rods or use a tree branch. Decide what you’re looking for. Usually dowsers search for underground water, oil, metals or minerals. Hold the rod loosely in your hands so it has some wiggle room. Keep the end pointed slightly down. If the end is pointed too high, it’ll swing around too much. However, if it’s too low it may lose sensitivity. Walk slowly around the area. You can use a methodical, back and forth approach, or wander around. Just keep moving. Focus on the buried object in your mind as you walk. Ask your divining rod to tell you when you pass over the object. Relax and stay open; successful dowsin
