Use the ruler and fabric marker to trace a large square for the cushion, then cut out the square so you have two equal-size pieces of tablecloth. Place the two pieces of fabric together so that the exterior vinyl surfaces are face to face. The cushion will appear to be inside out. Thread a glover needle with vinyl thread in a color of your choice. Use enough thread to cover the perimeter of the cushion.
