Keep warm with a cup of ginger-cinammon-cayenne hot chocolate. To make 1 serving, peel and slice 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger. Add that along with 1 cinnamon stick to 1/3 cup of water and 1 cup of milk. Heat it up until it just starts to boil, then turn off the heat, and allow the liquid to stand for 4 minutes. Then strain the liquid, removing the ginger and cinnamon stick, and add dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate morsels to the hot liquid. Also stir in 1 teaspon of honey, and finish off with a pinch or more of cayenne to taste.

Be warm and well this winter.
