How do you use Kelp (Kombu) powder?
Like salt and pepper it is best used as final seasoning, I use it mixed with a blended Japanese spice powder, furukake a sesame seasoning mix, and few more chili flakes, in my soba (buckwheat) noodle soups, as a garnish on cold noodles for salads and in edamame salads and appetizers, you can sprinkle it on veggies fresh from the steamer, if you eat tofu it compliments any fried or braised dish, if you have protein shake in the morning add some to it for a mineral boost to.
