They’re perfect for a cutting board or cutting block. Simply cut a lemon in half and run it over the surface that you need disinfected. This is a more common one although some people still don’t know it. Lemons can stop the browning that will happen to food that’s been sitting out. Just cut a lemon in half and squirt a little bit on apples or pear or even bananas. It will also get rid of the browning that will happen with guacamole if you stir it in. Lemons will remove food stains that happen on plastic, for instance a plastic cutting board and on light wood surfaces.
