How Do You Use T-Rex Motorcycle Stands?
A vital tool in a motorcycle racer or mechanic’s arsenal, T-Rex Racing’s motorcycle stands are designed to lift the bike either partially or, when used in pairs, completely off of the ground to assist in tire changes and other maintenance routines. The stands operate as simple levers, lifting most motorcycles with ease by increasing the leverage generated by pressing the lift downward. Proper technique is the key to raising a motorcycle with a stand, but the process takes a little time to learn. Stand directly in front of the motorcycle and turn the handlebars so that the front wheel is pointing directly ahead. Place the front fork stand in front of the front wheel and line the rubber cushions up with the bottom of the front fork tubes. Tilt the motorcycle into a vertical position and hold upright with one hand. With the other hand, slide the rubber cushions directly against the fork tubes.
