How do you use the poke radar and what is a chain and how does it work?
Go into a patch of grass without being on a bicycle and use the poke radar.You got to walk 50 steps to charge it.A chain is when you use the poke radar and either beat the pokemon or catch it.Then the grass shakes again without using the poke radar again.You have a chance of finding the pokemon the pokemon again if you either beat the pokemon or caught it then going into another patch of shaking grass.If a different pokemon appears when you go into a patch of grass or get encountered by a wild pokemon you broke your chain. P.S First guy,you are wrong.The chances of getting a shiny pokemon are still the same,with the poke radar and chaining.Also you know a shiny pokemon appears in a patch of grass when twinkling stars come out.
