Sometimes a good Philly Cheesesteak sandwich really hits the spot after a long hard day. With a little planning you can can come home to this classic by preparing your steak in the crock pot. All you need to do is put your sandwich together and enjoy! Separate out about a pound of thin sandwich steaks, rinse them and put them in a small crock pot. If desired, you can cut the steak into smaller pieces. Chop up about a half of a bell pepper and half an onion and put this in the crock pot with the steak. Sometimes I like to chop these ahead of time and keep them in my freezer. If you do this add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the mixture. Add 3 tbs of A1 sauce, and 2 tbs soy sauce to the crock pot. Stir until everything is coated. Turn on the crock pot on low heat Carry on with your day. The crock pot can be left on low while you are at work or running errands.
