In this article you’ll learn how to use free software to write Vietnamese with correct Vietnamese diacritics (accents) on a Windows platform in applications like Microsoft Word, Outlook or Notepad and on the web. Download and install the VPSKeys software which is available for free at http://www.vps.org/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=22. The latest version is 4.3 and will work on all Windows operating systems, including Vista and Windows 7. Start VPSKeys from the “Hoi Chuyen Gia Viet Nam group” program group.
