How does a 13 year old loose weight an gain muscle fast?
well youre still 13 what i used to do when i worked out was use protein drinks nothings wrong about that do alot of crunches and sit ups and do alot of push ups i used to go crazy with them doing about 5-600 but work your way up though dont push it too much and get rest do about 20-30 minutes worth of actual work out a day for 4 days a week work out 2 days rest 2 days and so on when youre almost 15 get to the weights and again work your way up oh and dont worry about the weight when you work out enough it will tone itself so dont worry too much about the weight
