How does a boa constrictors protect itself?

0

The Boa if threatened will lash out and bite and constrict. I have several species and once my cat got into the cage and the Boa struck at the cat with so much force it knocked the cat backwards. But the dumb cat didn’t learn and went after the snake again. The Boa curled it’s body ontop of it’s head to protect it until the cat got bored and walked away.
