Buyer 1 (assignor) and Buyer 2 (assignee) should enter into a written Assignment of Agreement, which should be drafted by one of their attorneys.

Should the statutory charge-back remedy for contract cancellation rights be extended to apply to all sales channels in addition to Internet sales contracts (and distance sales, in the case of Quebec)?
Do they use a sales contract to spell out the terms of the sale and allow each party to define their expectations of the transaction?
Why should the buyer insist on an immediate conclusion of the notary sales contract?
