Pre-Rallies are Gulf Stream-sponsored rallies held prior to FMCA national conventions and are run separately from the Gulf Streamers International RV Club rallies. Membership in the club is not required to attend these pre-rallies. Gulf Stream recreational vehicle ownership is still required.
