An Impound Hearing or Meeting can be requested by telephone at 623-333-7014, or in writing: Avondale Police Department C/O Traffic Program Coordinator 11485 W. Civic Center Dr. Avondale, AZ 85323 Hearings or release meetings are generally scheduled Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. You must schedule a hearing/meeting date and time. Releases after the 30 day impoundment period do not require an Impound Hearing but are scheduled meetings to exchange, verify, and prepare the necessary release documentation. It is your responsibility to call prior to the 30th day to schedule the appointment.
