How does a Maverick Notary identify a signer?
The Maverick Signer will ask to see a current driver’s license, or, in the case of a non-licensed co-signer, an identification document or card with a photograph, physical description and signature. An Affidavit of Identity is filled out and notarized for each signer of your documents. These affidavits are returned with your docs to be filed with the deal.
