How does a past life regression feels like?
Let us do a little exercise here. Try to recall a childhood experience. Let’s say you recall one where your parents bought you a toy that you have always wanted as a child. The memories of this incident brings you so much joy that you may even smile while you are reliving the moments, so to speak. At the same time, you have no doubts that this memory is that of your childhood. Something very real. Likewise, recalling a past life memory is rather similar to what is described above. The only difference is that we are using hypnosis to try to reach into your subconscious memories. Very often, my subjects can feel the emotions of their past lives, but usually with the understanding and detachment that these are just memories and not their current reality.
