A vendor must submit three consecutive monthly submissions of data to OCJS with a less than four percent error rate using live data from an Ohio law enforcement agency that is using their software. The data must meet the format and edit requirements outlined in the OIBRS Data Specifications Manual, which can be found at http://www.oibrs.ohio.gov/OIBRS%20Documents/Data%20Specs%202006.pdf .
