How does a user become a group leader?

If user has permission to manage Group Studio, then he/she can create a group and automatically become that group leader. If a user do not have permission to manage Group Studio, then he/she can request creation of a group. After Group Studio manager approval, a group will be created and user who requested group will become leader of that group. Any group leader can choose to delegate leadership permissions to other members of that group.
