The guide may be shared with other vendors and persons who plan to conduct business with the Department. To apply for DUNS number, you will need a SIC Code. The SIC Code for field readers is NAICS 541990, which covers all other professional, scientific, and technical services. The SIC Code for services not classified elsewhere is SIC 8999.
