How does ADB supervise its investments?
We don’t seek to control or manage companies. We may appoint a nominee to the company’s board of directors, and we will exercise our voting rights as a shareholder. We maintain regular contact with company management and will require periodic reports on the progress of capital projects. We require you to adopt best practices in risk management.
