How does Allstate empower employees and agents to suggest ideas and tactics related to multicultural marketing?
TC: At Allstate, we believe in the power of human capital and have always leveraged the power, knowledge, and experience of our diverse workforce. At the center of this is our Multicultural Business Team, which is charged with driving multicultural growth and retention. We also rely on our employee network groups, including those that represent Latinos, African-Americans, Asians, and young professionals, to name a few. These networks help us embrace and develop new ways of attracting business and retaining talent. The company also has regional teams, agency owner network groups, brand and reputation ambassadors, and online communities, all of which are consistently discussing ideas and business plans surrounding our multicultural marketing efforts.
