How does an administratively dissolved corporation fix the problem?
A corporation that is administratively dissolved may reinstate by filing an application for reinstatement along with a $100 filing fee and any unpaid annual registration fees. However, if another entity has filed under that corporations name during the period of administrative dissolution, a new name must be selected.
