In order to file electronically, you must first register with the Bankruptcy Court. The necessary forms can be obtained from the clerk’s office or by clicking here. Once these forms have been completed and reviewed by the Clerk’s Office, you will be contacted regarding training. Upon completion of training, a live login and password will be issued that will allow you to access the system to file documents electronically.
