When you book your cruise and select this option, you are guaranteed a stateroom of ocean-view type or better. When you book an ocean-view guaranteed stateroom, Carnival Cruise Lines will assign the specific room number and deck level when it sends you the final cruise package travel documents or when you arrive at the cruise port.
