How does AOL Radio compare to other online music stations?
I’m not an expert in the field and this is clearly a question that is intended only for an opinionated answer so here is my opinion: AOL is average. The top of the heap in internet radio is far and away Pandora, which is a spectacular service that allows you to listen to free music on the internet, and gives you links to the songs and albums that interest you in case you want to purchase them. Following Pandora are the online versions of Sirius and XM, which are pretty good except that you can’t really customize them, but with the range of available channels they end up pretty good anyway. AOL Radio is very similar to these other services in that it offers many of the same benefits, but it is AOL, which has always been inferior overall. There is my opinion!
