How does billing occur from Google to resellers?
• Google provides a monthly consolidated invoice to the reseller, available for viewing through the Reseller Console. • Each new customer domain is billed on a 12 month prepaid basis, counting from the date of order completion. • Additional users ordered on an existing customer domain are billed on a prorated basis, based upon the full 12 month prepaid cost. Therefore added users will be due for renewal on the same anniversary date as the initial users on the same domain.
