How Does Butlers Cost Compare To Other Pre-engineered Buildings?
While other pre-engineered roofing companies focus on their cost and profits, working backward from what the market will bear, Butler’s main objective is to build a quality, state-of the-art product and, like any business, to make a profit. The price of a Butler building is based on what it takes to build it: the specifications, complexity and quantities drive the price. For example, a MR-24 roof costs more than a fasten-through Butlerib II roof. At a customer’s request, CCC performed a study that compared the cost of two other nationally known pre-engineered building manufacturers with the cost of the Butler engineered and manufactured product. When all three manufacturers used the same specifications, Butler’s cost was 1% higher than one and lower than the other. While Butler’s price may be in the middle, its value is clearly greater.
