• Once a supplier achieves their COMPASSgoal for the year, any idea credited after that applies towards their next year(s) goal using the following criteria: • Soft savings there is a one year carryover limit (i.e. Part number elimination only carries over for one year). • Hard savings no carryover limit (i.e. Piece price savings can carryover until it is all used). • If you achieve your goal, contact your Supply Manager or Logistics Manager for your hard/soft savings split. • If a supplier does not have a goal set and we implement their idea, there is no carryover (i.e. if a goal were to be established the following year, the savings from the previous year does not apply to next years goal).
