Here are the conditions ratings we use to describe our products: New (in original package) Mint Near Mint Excellent Very Good Good Fair Poor They are obviously listed from best to worst. Condition is subjective and will differ from person to person. We try to be conservative in our descriptions but we are not perfect. We count on our bidders/buyers to ask questions that pertain to an item they’re interested in. We have built a loyal base of repeat buyers from our integrity and believe that customers trust us in our methods of rating a items condition. It is impossible to develop a rigid set of rules to follow because of the range of products we handle. In all but the top ratings, any flaws we see are described. If the item has both cosmetic and operation factors, we try to combine the ratings for each and report flaws in the description.
