How does CM/ECF handle J&C forms? Are these built-in to the application or are they merely PDF attachments?

Work is underway on Version 1 of the Criminal software product and there is no special processing being designed for J&C forms. However, J&C forms, opinions, and any other documents can be stored in PDF and attached to a docket entry.
