How does Corporate Housing differ from Extended Stay Motel and Hotel stays?

Our furnished Corporate Housing refers to apartment homes and houses in residential buildings that are furnished and offer the comforts of living at home. In an apartment home, you will have large living area, full size kitchen, bedroom and bath, privacy with control access gates, use of their pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, hot tub, workout facility, business center, barbeque area, garages, carports, etc. In an extended stay unit, you have about 1/2 the space, no separate rooms, long hallways, distance to parking, no garages, or covered parking, busy traffic areas with people arriving and leaving all times of day and night.  more
